Meaningful Zoom Integration Guide

Overview

The Meaningful Zoom Integration allows nonprofit users to automatically create and manage Zoom meeting links directly from the Meaningful platform.
All connections and meeting creation are handled securely by Nylas, ensuring OAuth compliance and privacy protection.

1. Connect Your Zoom Account

  1. Log in to your Meaningful account at app.meaningful.ca
  2. Navigate to Action Hub→ Connect Zoom
  3. Approve the connection when redirected to Zoom’s authorization page
  4. Once connected, Meaningful will automatically generate Zoom links for new meetings and events you schedule

2. Create a Meeting with Zoom Auto-Link

When you schedule a meeting or event in Meaningful:

  • The system automatically creates a corresponding Zoom meeting
  • The Zoom join link appears in the meeting details
  • Invited participants receive the link in their meeting invites

3. Disconnect Zoom

You can disconnect your Zoom account anytime:

  • Meaningful never stores Zoom OAuth tokens or meeting data
  • All authentication is processed through Nylas using TLS 1.2+
  • Meaningful stores only a Nylas grant reference ID
