How do we import contacts from spreadsheets or another CRM?

What triggers can start a Journey?
A Journey can be triggered by many different events. For example, it can start when a form is submitted, a person is added to a segment, or a specific date arrives, giving you lots of options for automation.

Can we manually add people to a Journey?
Yes, absolutely. You have the flexibility to add individual people or even entire groups (segments) to a Journey whenever you like.

Do Journeys honor unsubscribes?
Yes, they do. Any contact who has unsubscribed will not receive messages from Journeys or other campaigns, ensuring you always stay compliant.

Engagement

How can we target the right people?
